“Let Us Pass Over the River” Geocache code.?
Me and my friends go Geocaching, and we want to find this one. Problem is, it has a pretty complicated code to figure out, or at least it is to me. Would anyone help me figure it out? You can find it here:

P.S., the code under “Additional Hints” is unrelated, if you’re unfamilular with the site.
Vigenere Cipher
You will have to go to the location in the original coordinates after decrypting. The letters to complete the coordinates correspond to a particular person’s date of birth/date of death.
Actually the first little bit of code is not necessary to solve the puzzle. It’s all in the second.
